The pandemic accelerated the importance of two issues faced by school leaders: uncertainty and volatility. How to address these two factors determine the success of school leaders in today's education environment. School leaders who have thrived in the crisis have centered their school's systems and processes on what is the best for learners. In this webinar, Dr. Tom Butler, author of the book School Leadership: Learner-Centered Leadership In Times of Crisis, discusses the importance of becoming a learner-centered leader while also giving practical "how-to" implementation strategies.
