Rethinking What Works: Leading Curriculum, Instruction, and Supervision in a Changing Educational Landscape

Educational leaders are navigating a landscape shaped by evolving research, emerging technologies, changing expectations, and shifting guidance. How do we determine what should endure, what needs to evolve, and how to lead that change effectively?

This year’s Community of Practice will bring together leaders in curriculum, instruction, and supervision to examine current and emerging practices through the lens of evidence and impact. Together, we will explore what research tells us about how students learn, what that means for curriculum and instructional practice, and how supervision, feedback, and professional learning can support effective teaching.

Throughout the year, we will challenge assumptions, learn from one another, and consider a central question: How do we build on what works while making informed decisions about what needs to change?
