Pennsylvania ASCD Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

    • All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to deanna.mayers@pascd.org.
    • Lack of payment does not constitute cancellation.
    • No shows are responsible for entire tuition fee.

Full Refunds:

    • A full refund (100%) will be issued if this event is canceled by the Pennsylvania ASCD due to low enrollment.
    • A full refund (100%) will be issued if a participant cancels at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the event.
    • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the approved request.

Partial Refunds:

    • A partial refund (50%) will be issued if the cancellation request is emailed 7 to 13 days prior to first day of event.

No Refunds:

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations by the participant with less than 7 days’ notice, or if the participant simply does not attend.
    • The registration fee will be used to pay for presenter fees, meals, materials and other costs associated with the training or workshop.  

Other Fees:

    • Request to reschedule attendance at 1 or more days for a face to face event will result in a $25 administrative fee.
    • Request to extend an online learning course will result in a $25 administrative fee.
    • Request to move to another cohort, location, or offering of the same event will result in a $25 administrative fee.
