The HR Specialist will also maintain good working relationships with colleges, career development centers, advertising outlets, department heads and applicants. Human Resources Manager:
The CLIU is pleased to be seeking a Human Resources Manager. This new position will work closely with the HR Director. The position is responsible for managing Human Resources functions as compensation, leaves, payroll, workers compensation, substitutes, evaluation and investigations. The HR Manager must be interested in learning all aspects of the HR Department. Qualified candidates require a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources Department, and three (3) years in an educational setting, preferred. Experience with managing worker’s compensation/leave claims, employee investigations, developing and implementing procedures and adept with HRIS Systems, records/data management. This position will be responsible for the planning, creating, ongoing monitoring and reporting of budget processes within a school district setting. The Budget Analyst will work closely with principals and department directors to develop department level budgets. Other duties include, but are not limited to, monthly monitoring of revenues and expenditures to budgets, researching variances, submitting budget revisions, ensuring budgetary compliance with funding sources and final reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum Two (2) years’ budgeting experience, preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting related field, required; Experience with accounting software, preferred.
