Description:

The design of this course helps teachers and school leaders set the stage for a highly effective and supportive learning environment where each person in the environment has the opportunity to be their best and contribute their best. As each participant reflects on their why, their core beliefs and values, a plan to lead with purpose that is aligned with their personal mission and vision as well as the organization’s mission and vision. Systems, people, and a culture that are all operating in alignment helps everyone feel seen and supported, allowing for high achievement of excellence in all areas.

Each session will have a particular focus and job-embedded tasks to be completed between each synchronous session:

• Session 1: Know your Why
• Session 2: Develop Core Beliefs and Values
• Session 3: Develop your Mission and Vision
• Session 4: Create Culture
• Session 5: Prepare for Sustainability and Growth

Five synchronous sessions on dates determined by a poll of participants to best fit the need of those registered.
